Second paragraph describes the triage meeting: curriculum lead, lab engineer, and content strategist sign off before publish.

Third paragraph states what we omit: internal ticket numbers stay out of public notes; learner-facing impact statements stay in.

Fourth paragraph invites teams to subscribe to the architecture track digest only if that is the vertical they care about.
